**Late Fees and Rescheduling:**
 

• Please arrive on time. There is a 15-minute grace period. 
   
• A late fee of $25 will apply for every 10 minutes past the grace period. Appointments will be canceled after 35 minutes of lateness, with no exceptions.
    
•  Rescheduling is allowed once and must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify us in advance will incur a rescheduling fee of $50.
